My account is confirmed but I have no company
Sometimes an account is confirmed although the company was not saved, for example if the creation was interrupted. KALEA tells you so and lets you finish in one step.
Step 1 : Read the message
The screen shows: “Your account is confirmed, but it is not attached to any company yet. Enter its name to get started.”
Step 2 : Enter the company
Type the name in “Company name” and choose “Activity” from the list.
Step 3 : Create the company
Click “Create my company”. KALEA shows “Company created” then opens your dashboard.
Good to know
- If the creation cannot complete, KALEA asks you to try again in a moment, then to write to support@kalea.pro if it happens again.
- Not the right account? The “Sign out” button on this screen takes you back to the sign-in screen.
- The other company details (country, phone, registration number) can be completed afterwards: see complete your company details.
