Add the KALEA agenda to your phone or computer calendar
KALEA can produce a calendar file (.ics) with your service due dates, so you can see them in your phone's or your computer's calendar.
Step 1 : Open the agenda
“Schedule” menu, “Schedule & preparation” tab.
Step 2 : Tap the integration button
At the top of the “Schedule” card, tap “Add to this computer's calendar”. In the Android app, the button is called “Add to the phone's calendar”; on a small screen, it is called “Export”.
Step 3 : Open the file
On a computer, a file named “planning-kalea.ics” is downloaded: open it (double-click) to add it to your calendar. In the Android app, KALEA shows the choice of calendar apps installed on the phone.
Good to know
- The file holds one full day per dated due date and per scheduled service from today on (cancelled schedulings are left out).
- Meter-tracked machines have no date: they are not exported.
- It is a copy of the moment, not a subscription. If a due date changes in KALEA, export again.
- If there is nothing to export, KALEA says so: “No dated due date to export.”
