Understand the maintenance agenda
The agenda shows on a calendar the service due dates that have a date. Machines tracked by meter (hours or kilometres) have no date: they are kept apart.
Step 1 : Open the agenda
In the menu, open “Schedule”, then the “Schedule & preparation” tab. On a phone, tap the “Schedule” tab in the bottom bar.
Step 2 : Choose the display
Under “View”, choose “Months”, “Week” or “Chronological list”. The arrows change month or week and “Today” goes back to today's date. The week starts on Monday.
Step 3 : Read the colours and filter
Each dot is a due date: “Overdue”, “Due within 15 days” or “Up to date”. The “All”, “Overdue”, “Due soon” and “Up to date” buttons filter the calendar; the number shows how many machines are concerned.
Step 4 : Open a day
Tap a cell of the month: a window lists the machines concerned that day, with a button that fits their state (“Log the service” if overdue, “Schedule” if the due date is close, “View” otherwise). On a computer, hovering over a cell also shows a preview.
Step 5 : Find the meter-tracked machines
Choose “Chronological list”: dated services are grouped by month, then come the machines under “Counter tracking”.
Good to know
- The calendar of a company that has only meter-tracked machines stays empty: that is normal, those machines are in the chronological list.
- The “Schedule” button on a due date that is close opens the “Next service” window, not the scheduling of a service: to book a date, see schedule a service.
- The agenda is not shown to “Data-entry access” nor to “Purchasing rights”.
- You can send the due dates to your phone's or your computer's calendar: see add the agenda to your calendar.
