Prepare the parts and consumables to order
Before going to the supplier: the “Parts & consumables preparation” card gathers what the upcoming services will use, family by family.
Step 1 : Open the preparation
“Schedule” menu, “Schedule & preparation” tab: the card is below the calendar. On a phone, it is folded: tap its title to unfold it.
Step 2 : Choose the period
The period buttons (30, 90 and 180 days) change the horizon of the services taken into account.
Step 3 : Read the list
Products are sorted by family: “Filters”, “Oils and lubricants”, “Greases”, “Fluids”, “Wear parts” and “Other”. For each product, KALEA shows the machines concerned, their state and, when it can be read, the total. Meter-tracked machines are marked “By counter”.
Step 4 : Copy or export the list
“Copy the order list” puts the text on the clipboard (message “List copied”), ready to paste into a message to the supplier. “Export and order form” unfolds “Export the list (CSV)” and the “Quick purchase order”, with “Copy” and “Share”.
Good to know
- Quantities come from the manufacturer's manual: “Quantities come from the manufacturer's manual: check them before ordering.”
- A plan with no parts list is shown separately under “Services without a parts list”.
- For parts linked to a kit, the list also shows whether the stock is enough: see link parts to a task.
