Schedule a service on a specific date
You already know when the machine will go to the workshop? You can schedule the service for that day in the agenda.
Step 1 : Open the agenda
“Schedule” menu, “Schedule & preparation” tab (see understand the agenda).
Step 2 : Start the scheduling
Tap the day you want in the calendar, then “Schedule a service” in the day window. You can also tap “Schedule a service” (on a small screen: “Schedule”) at the top of the agenda.
Step 3 : Choose the date and the machine
Check “Selected date”: it is pre-filled with the day you tapped, otherwise with today. Search for the machine with “Search for a machine…” or filter by state, then tap it.
Step 4 : Confirm
Tap “Schedule on this date”. KALEA confirms with “Scheduled maintenance”: the scheduling appears in the calendar.
Cancel a scheduling
Tap the day concerned, then the scheduling's card. In the window that opens, tap “Cancel this scheduled entry” (confirmation: “Scheduled entry cancelled”) or “View the record”.
Good to know
- A scheduling does not change the plan's due date: see why my due date changed. To move the due date forward, you have to log the intervention.
- Its colour in the calendar is always the machine's real, current state, not a state frozen at the scheduling date.
- Upcoming schedulings are also sent when you add the agenda to your calendar.
