Correct or update a machine's meter
The meter (hours or kilometres) is updated directly on the machine's card, not in the edit window.
Step 1 : Find the machine's card
In the menu, open “Machines” and find the machine's card.
Step 2 : Enter the new value
Type the value in the meter field, or use the − and + buttons.
Step 3 : Confirm the reading
Click “OK” to save the reading. On a phone, tap the meter (“Adjust”), set the value with the wheels, then tap “Confirm the reading”.
Good to know
- A value lower than the previous one is accepted after confirmation: this is useful when the machine's meter has been replaced. There is no reset button: enter the new value (for example 0).
- A negative value is refused.
- Changing the unit (hours or kilometres) is done in “Edit the machine”. The value is not converted: check it after the change.
- The reading is also updated when you log an intervention, in the “Counter reading” field.
- A machine not covered by your plan is read-only: readings are not saved on it.
