Export the machine list as CSV

To work on your list of machines in a spreadsheet, KALEA saves it in a CSV file. You choose the content and the format.

  1. Step 1 : Prepare the selection

    In “Machines”, filter the list if you only want to export part of the fleet (see find a machine).

  2. Step 2 : Open the export

    Click “Export (CSV)” at the top of the list.

  3. Step 3 : Choose the content

    Under “Content”, choose the machines shown, the whole fleet, or “Work logs for the whole fleet”. In the last case, a list offers the period: 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or the whole history.

  4. Step 4 : Choose the format

    Under “File format”, take “Excel (UTF-16) — opens directly in Excel” to open it in Excel, or “Universal (UTF-8) — for other software or a program” for another tool.

  5. Step 5 : Download

    Click “Download”. The file is saved on your device.

Good to know

  • CSV export is not included in the Free plan: KALEA then offers to change plan (see the plans page).
  • The machines file is called parc_machines followed by the date. It contains in particular the name, category, make and model, identifier, status, meter, due date and whether a manual is attached.
  • If there is no intervention in the chosen period, KALEA says so instead of creating an empty file.
  • Your format choice is remembered on the device.
  • To export the history of a single machine: the “Export as CSV” button on its record (see read a machine's record).
