Read a machine's detailed record

The record brings together a machine's maintenance plan, due dates, history and, depending on your plan, costs. It is a large window: you read it from top to bottom.

  1. Step 1 : Open the record

In “Machines”, tap the machine's photo or name on its card. You also get there by scanning its QR code or with the “Details” button on the dashboard. At the top, “Back to fleet” closes the record; the page title is “Maintenance plan & history”.

  2. Step 2 : Find the toolbar

It offers “Edit the machine”, “View the service manual (PDF)” (if a manual is uploaded), “QR code” and “Log an intervention”. Depending on your plan and access level, you also find “Qualified” and “Create an order” there.

  3. Step 3 : Read the banner

It shows the photo, the identifier, the category and the due-date status, then the “Interval”, “Advance reminder” and “Tracking mode” cards. For a machine tracked by meter, it also shows the “Current reading” and the “Alert threshold”. The “INTERVAL” block gives the last cycle, the target, the due value, what remains (or the overrun) and a progress bar. With a second tracking, there are two blocks.

  4. Step 4 : Go through the tasks

The “Maintenance reference table” (or “Maintenance tasks”) lists each item with its interval, due date, oil or part, quantity and a remark. The All, Overdue, Due soon and Up to date buttons filter the rows. “Intervals to confirm” gathers the tasks for which the manual leaves a choice: it is up to you to decide. “Points to watch” repeats the remarks from the manual analysis.

  5. Step 5 : Check the history and costs

“Service history” lists each intervention: date, meter, items handled, operator or workshop, remarks. “Export as CSV” saves the whole history in a file. Depending on your plan, the record also shows the “TCO scorecard” (if a purchase price is entered) and the “Operating costs”, read-only.

Good to know

  • On a phone, each task is a collapsed card: tap its title to expand it. The scorecard expands when you tap its header.
  • The window shows the most recent services; the exported file contains the whole history.
  • To add an operating cost, use “Log an intervention”: the record only shows them read-only.
  • A machine not covered by your plan stays readable, but cannot be edited.
  • To correct the meter: correct a machine's meter.
