Read your fleet's statistics

The “Statistics” screen turns your fleet's spending, maintenance and stock into charts, over the period of your choice. Everything is calculated from what you have already recorded.

  1. Step 1 : Open the statistics

In the menu, open “Statistics” (on a phone: the “More” button, then “Statistics”). This screen depends on your plan and access level: it is not offered to management and data-entry access.

  2. Step 2 : Choose the period

At the top, select “Last 12 months” (default), “Current year” or “Since commissioning”.

  3. Step 3 : Filter if needed

The “All categories” and “All machines” lists limit the charts to one category or one machine. Everything is recalculated at once.

  4. Step 4 : Read the Costs tab

In the “Costs” tab, the tiles sum up the period's spending, the average cost per machine, the downtime cost and the share of parts. The charts show the “Spending by month”, the “Breakdown by type” (parts, labour, operation, downtime), the cost per usage unit and the “Cumulative spending”. A table ranks the five most expensive machines.

  5. Step 5 : Read the Maintenance tab

In the “Maintenance” tab, you find the “Plan compliance”, the reported faults, the downtime hours, the average resolution time and the fleet availability, with interventions by month and by machine and today's fleet status.

  6. Step 6 : Read the Stock tab

If your plan includes stock, the “Stock” tab shows the “Stock value”, the turnover, the coverage, the references on alert, the orders in progress, the most used parts and the purchases by supplier.

Good to know

  • A chart with no data shows “No data for this period.” rather than an empty curve.
  • The month-by-month history of plan compliance and availability only exists from the moment tracking started: the first measurements appear at the next service logged.
  • Stock value over time is estimated from the movements recorded.
  • The tabs you see depend on your plan. See the plans page.
