Understand the dashboard

The “Dashboard” answers one question: what needs my attention today? Here is what each block shows, from top to bottom.

  1. Step 1 : Go through the points of attention

The “Points of attention” section shows tiles: each gives a number and a short sentence. Tap a tile to act. “Overdue” and the tile for due dates within 15 days open the machine list already filtered. The “Faults” tile opens the list of faults. Other tiles (parts at risk, references below threshold, orders, purchase orders, high costs, overdue readings, faster usage) appear depending on your plan and access level.

  2. Step 2 : Deal with the priorities

“Needs attention first” shows, for each overdue machine, its most urgent task. “Mark as done” opens the logging of an intervention; “Details” opens the record. If nothing is overdue, the “Next service” block shows the machine whose due date is closest, or “Nothing to report”.

  3. Step 3 : Read the summary tiles

The tiles give the number of machines that are up to date with the share of the fleet concerned, and the number of machines whose manual has been analysed (“Manuals analysed”). Management or data-entry access also sees the tiles for overdue items and upcoming due dates.

  4. Step 4 : Look at due dates and parts

“Service due dates” lists the most urgent due dates across the whole fleet; “View all” opens the planning. “Parts & consumables” sums up the products to plan for over 30, 90 or 180 days based on the maintenance plans, and offers to copy the order list.

  5. Step 5 : Check the reminders

“Reminder channels” shows whether reminders go to the phone, by email and by push notification (“Active” or “Inactive”). The “Adjust” button opens the settings. Depending on your plan and access level, the “TCO & profitability tracking” block also sums up costs.

Good to know

  • Overdue: the due date has passed. Due soon: the due date is close (within 15 days for calendar tracking, within the reminder window for meter tracking). Up to date: neither.
  • A machine with no maintenance plan is counted as “Up to date”: remember to set its plan (see upload or replace the maintenance manual).
  • For a machine with two trackings, the more urgent of the two counts.
  • Management and data-entry access see “To do now” (quick actions) in place of the points of attention. Purchasing access sees a reduced strip covering parts, orders and costs.
  • On a phone, an extra block sums up the analysed manual or invites you to upload a PDF manual.
