Add a part to the catalogue
The catalogue is the list of your part references. You then pick from it in interventions, stock movements and maintenance kits.
Step 1 : Open the catalogue
In “Stock & Service”, open the “Parts” tab, then tap “Parts catalogue”. The add form is next to the list.
Step 2 : Fill in the form
Under “Add a part to the catalogue”, only the description is required. The rest helps you find your way: the reference, the unit price, the supplier and the average availability time.
Step 3 : Fill in the stock fields
If these fields are shown for you, fill in the “Low threshold (optional)” (it triggers the low-stock alert), the “Packaging (optional)”, the “EAN barcode (optional)” and the “Unit of measure” (piece, pair, litre, metre…).
Step 4 : Save the part
Click “Add to catalogue”. The part appears in the list.
Good to know
- To edit a part, tap the pencil on its line: the form fills in, then click “Save changes”. The bin removes the part from the catalogue after confirmation.
- The search above the list filters on the reference and on the description.
- Depending on your plan, some fields (low-stock level, packaging, barcode, unit) are not shown; the catalogue is then in “Costs & TCO”, “Rates” tab. See the plans.
- A part's location and status are not set here: see stock location and status.
- Lots of parts? See import parts from a CSV file.
