Download or send the TCO report (PDF)

The TCO report is a financial summary of the fleet as a PDF. It follows the period shown on screen at the moment you request it.

  1. Step 1 : Choose the period

    In “Costs & TCO”, “Ranking” tab, choose “Since commissioning”, “Last 12 months” or “Current year”. The report will use that period.

  2. Step 2 : Open the report

    Tap “TCO report (PDF)” at the top of the screen. The button is greyed out while the fleet data loads: wait a moment.

  3. Step 3 : Download it

    In the window, tap “Download the report”. KALEA generates the PDF and starts the download.

  4. Step 4 : Or email it

    Check the address in “Send by email to” (your company's notification address is suggested), then tap “Send by email”. KALEA confirms with "Report sent to …".

Good to know

  • The PDF includes in particular a data extract per machine, the calculation method and the list of exclusions (for example machines with no purchase price).
  • To send the report, your session must be open: if it has expired, sign in again. An invalid address is rejected.
  • If generation fails, KALEA shows "Génération impossible" or "Envoi impossible" with the reason.
  • Machines with no purchase price are not in the report: see enter the purchase price.
