Read the fleet TCO ranking and filter by period
The TCO ranking compares your machines by what they cost, from the least profitable to the most optimised. You can set it by period, category and sort order.
Step 1 : Open the ranking
In “Costs & TCO”, open the “Ranking” tab. The tiles at the top sum up the fleet: “Average annualised TCO”, “Machines tracked” and “On alert”.
Step 2 : Choose the period
Three buttons: “Since commissioning” (default), “Last 12 months” and “Current year”. With a period, each line shows spending over the period.
Step 3 : Filter and sort
The “All categories” list limits to one category. The sort list offers “Depreciation ratio”, “Total cost, descending”, “Hourly cost, descending” and “Engine hours”.
Step 4 : Read a line
Each machine shows its “Hourly cost”, its status (“Optimal”, “To watch” or “Drift”) and a percentage whose base is always stated: "of depreciation" or "of the purchase price". If a cost threshold is set for the category, the gap is shown, or “Below the threshold”. Tap a line to open the machine.
Step 5 : Export if needed
Tap “Export as CSV” to get the ranking in a spreadsheet.
Good to know
- Machines with no purchase price are not in the ranking: a box counts them, with the “Fix the prices” button. See enter the purchase price.
- A "no machine with a purchase price" message means no machine has a purchase price yet.
- The “Fleet cost breakdown” donut splits spending into parts, workshop labour and fixed costs.
- To understand hourly cost and the threshold, see understand hourly cost and thresholds. For the full report, see the TCO report.
- On a phone, the tabs are replaced by stacked blocks; the settings blocks are collapsible.
