View and export a machine's intervention history
Every intervention you log is kept in the machine's history. You read it on the machine's page, below its maintenance plan.
Step 1 : Open the machine's page
In “Machines”, tap the machine's banner (its name and photo). The “Maintenance plan & history” page opens. Another route: the “Maintenance plans” tab, then “View the plan” on the machine's row.
Step 2 : Scroll down to the history
The “Service history” card is at the bottom of the page. While the list loads, the export buttons are greyed out.
Step 3 : Read the table
Columns: “Date”, “Counter” (machines tracked by meter), “Items handled”, “Operator / Workshop”, “Notes” and, depending on your plan, “Total cost”. The most recent are at the top.
Step 4 : Export the list
Tap “Export as CSV”: a file named “historique_machine-name.csv” is downloaded, which you open in a spreadsheet.
Good to know
- CSV export is not included in the Free plan: KALEA then offers to change plan (see the plans page).
- The “Operator / Workshop” column shows the person chosen in the “Assigned operator” field at the time of the intervention; it stays empty if you had left “Not specified”.
- With no intervention logged, the card says “No service logged yet.”
- A breakdown is a line of the history: its diagnosis is read in the “Notes” column. An expense is not there: it is read in the “Operating costs” card.
- The “Next service” window also summarises the last service done.
