Read a machine's maintenance plan and due dates
A machine's maintenance plan lists its tasks, their frequency and their next due date. It is all read on the machine's page.
Step 1 : Open the machine's page
In “Machines”, tap the machine's banner. The page opens under the title “Maintenance plan & history”.
Step 2 : Read the top banner
It shows the overall state (“Overdue”, “Due soon” or “Up to date”) and three cards: “Interval” (how often), “Advance reminder” (how long before the due date KALEA warns you) and “Tracking mode” (“Calendar (days)”, “Odometer” or “Hour meter”).
Step 3 : Go through the task table
The “Maintenance reference table” lists each task: “Item”, “Frequency”, “Due date”, “Oil / grease / part”, “Quantity” and “Note”. On a phone, each task is a card: tap its title to unfold it. If the plan has no detail, you simply see the “Maintenance tasks” list.
Step 4 : Spot the tasks to deal with
Each task has its own state. When several states exist, filter buttons appear above the table. A task may also need your attention: “Interval to choose”, “Interval to be set” or “Checkpoint”. See choose a task's frequency.
Step 5 : Take action
The page's toolbar contains “Edit the machine”, “View the service manual (PDF)” (if a manual is uploaded) and “Log an intervention”.
Good to know
- A “Points to watch” card repeats the remarks read in the manual, when there are any.
- For a machine tracked by meter, the “Utilisation moyenne” line explains the usage rhythm: see average use and estimated dates.
- If your plan does not cover the machine, its page stays readable but cannot be edited.
