Print QR labels for your parts
A label carries the part's name, the warehouse, the location and a QR code. Once scanned, it opens the stock line's record: you can take a part out or put one in with two taps.
Step 1 : Open the labels
In “Stock & Service”, “Parts” tab, tap “Labels” (in the “Stock by warehouse” view as well as in the catalogue). In the catalogue, a part's QR icon opens the window already set on that part.
Step 2 : Choose the format
Under “Format”: an A4 sheet of sticky labels (24 per sheet, 3 × 8) or a single 62 × 29 mm label for a label printer. For the A4 sheet, you can choose which label to start from.
Step 3 : Choose what to label
Under “Label”: stock lines (item, warehouse, location) or catalogue references, even those no longer in stock. Tick the lines you want, or use the search and the "all" box.
Step 4 : Set the copies and print
Enter the number of copies per line, then click “Print”.
Good to know
- The QR code reveals nothing to a stranger: without a connection to your company, the record cannot be found.
- You can scan a label with the phone's camera or with the app's scanner. In an intervention, “Scan a part” adds the part to the intervention.
- The app's QR code scanner is included depending on your plan: see the plans.
- If the QR code generator is unavailable, labels still print, without a QR.
