Record who did the intervention
Each intervention can carry the name of the person who did the job. It is optional, but it makes the machine's history much more useful.
Step 1 : Open the intervention window
On the machine's page, click “Log an intervention”. From a work order, this window opens by itself when you tap “Finish”.
Step 2 : Choose the operator
In the “Assigned operator” field, choose the person from the team list. With no choice, the field stays “Not specified”. From a work order, the person assigned to the order is already suggested.
Step 3 : Save and find the name
Confirm the intervention. The name then appears in the “Operator / Workshop” column of the machine's “Service history”, and on the “Technician” line of the PDF report.
Good to know
- Everyone in the company can pick someone from this list, whatever their access level, themselves included. The list only shows names: no email address, no access level, no trade.
- If the team does not load, the list shows “Team unavailable”: the intervention can still be saved, with “Not specified”.
- The history's CSV export also includes this name, in the “Operator” column.
