Start, tick the tasks and complete a work order
An order is assigned to you? Here are the three steps: start it, tick the tasks as you go, then complete it. The intervention is saved in the machine's history.
Step 1 : Open your order
On the home screen, the “My orders” box (management and data-entry access) lists the open orders assigned to you. Tap one to open its page. You can also go through “Schedule”, then “Work orders”.
Step 2 : Start the order
Tap “Start”. The order moves from “To do” to “In progress”.
Step 3 : Tick the tasks you have done
In the “Tasks to do” section, tick each task once it is done. The counter and the progress bar move forward with you.
Step 4 : Complete the order
Tap “Finish”. If some tasks are not ticked, KALEA asks whether you want to complete anyway.
Step 5 : Log the intervention
The “Log an intervention” window opens already filled in: ticked tasks, assigned person and an “OT-…” remark. Check the date, the meter and the remarks, then confirm with the button at the bottom of the window. The order becomes “Done”.
Good to know
- The logged intervention appears in the machine's history, with the person chosen in “Assigned operator” (see record who did the intervention).
- If the manager requires approval, a completed order waits to be checked: see approve or reject a completed order.
- Without a network you can start, tick and complete: the action is kept on the device and sent when the network returns (see the “To send” banner).
- Only the manager, management access and the assigned person can start, tick and complete an order.
- Special case: if the machine no longer exists or is no longer covered by your plan, KALEA offers to complete the order without logging an intervention.
