Track work orders: filters, search and history

The work order list shows at a glance what is to do, in progress or completed, and what is late.

  1. Step 1 : Open the list

In the menu, open “Schedule”, then the “Work orders” tab. The number of orders is shown at the top of the section.

  2. Step 2 : Filter by status

The filter buttons are “In progress and to do” (shown first), “To do”, “In progress”, “Done” and “All”. Each shows its number of orders. The manager and management access also have the “My orders” button, which keeps only their own orders.

  3. Step 3 : Search for an order

In the search field, type a number, a machine name, a task or a person's name: the list narrows as you type.

  4. Step 4 : Read a row

Each row shows the number (“OT-12”), the machine, the tasks, the assigned person (or “Unassigned”), the due date (“late since …” once it has passed) and the number of tasks done, for example 2/5. High and Urgent priorities are flagged; the status is always shown.

  5. Step 5 : Open the page and read the history

Tap a row to open its page. Expand “History” to read, newest first, who created, assigned, started or completed the order, with the date and time.

Good to know

  • On the home screen, the manager sees an “Open work orders” watch point: it shows late orders or, if approval is required, those waiting for approval. One click opens the list.
  • A person with the data-entry access only sees the orders that concern them.
  • The “To send” badge on a row means an action done without a network is waiting to be sent.
  • Without a network, the list shows the last known version; an order's history, however, needs a connection.
