Sign in to KALEA

You sign in with an email address and a password. Workshop members who have no email address use a short ID given by the administrator instead.

  1. Step 1 : Open KALEA

    Start the Android app, or open the KALEA sign-in page in your browser. If you are already signed in, KALEA opens straight on your dashboard.

  2. Step 2 : Enter your address or your ID

    In “Email or workshop ID”, type your email address. A workshop member types their short ID, for example first.last: without the @ sign, KALEA understands it is an ID.

  3. Step 3 : Enter your password

    Type it in “Password”. The “Show” button lets you read it back before you confirm.

  4. Step 4 : Confirm

    Click “Sign in”. KALEA shows your dashboard.

Good to know

  • If the sign-in is refused, a message appears under the form: check the address and the password, then try again.
  • Forgot your password? See forgot your password.
  • On the Android app, unlocking with a fingerprint, your face or the phone code may be offered: see lock the app on Android.
  • No network? If you kept a copy of your data, the sign-in screen offers to show it: see use KALEA offline.
  • The language selector is visible on this screen: see change the language.
